Virtual Exhibit Hall

With the course moving to a virtual delivery mechanism, we are pleased to offer a virtual exhibit hall component to the meeting that includes benefits that can be delivered virtually to ensure industry partners can engage virtually with our attendees. The Virtual Conference will have its own microsite to organize the content and access to the live and on-demand portions of the program. The microsite will include a separate exhibit hall where each industry partner will have their own webpage to brand and fill with content.

VIP Exhibitor - $10,000

  • Presence in AUGS Virtual Exhibit Hall. You will receive a dedicated page for your company profile which can include:
    • Logo, corporate description and contact information
    • Resources section to upload brochures and videos
    • Chat with Us feature that allows attendees to send direct messages to schedule a time to connect
  • Virtual Roundtable Breakout Discussion – Select a topic of interest and appoint a key opinion leader to lead a live, small group discussion session in a 45 minutes virtual session utilizing the Zoom platform. In this new format it will look similar to a webinar but should be planned for an informal presentation of educational content that allows for plenty of time for discussion. Date and time of the Virtual Roundtable breakouts will be confirmed shortly.
  • Webinar Program – Select an educational topic to share with attendees and invite key opinion leaders to serve as faculty for this one-hour session. Your session will be pre-recorded and available for on-demand within the Urogynecology for the APP Virtual Meeting web site. AUGS will work with you to schedule a convenient time to record your session prior to the opening of the Virtual Conference.  
  • Commercial – We are providing our supporters with the opportunity to place a 30 second commercial during the live portion of the Virtual Conference. This commercial will also be part of the archived on-demand content that will be available after the live event. You are responsible for recording this commercial and providing it to AUGS by May 20.
  • Virtual Attendee Bags - Prior to the start of the Virtual Conference, each attendee will receive a virtual attendee bag that provides them with everything they will need for a successful event. You will have the opportunity to include one PDF into the Virtual Attendee Bag that will be emailed to all participants.
  • Access for three individuals to attend the Virtual Conference with access to the on-demand session after the meeting.
  • Logo recognition on appropriate materials, signage and AUGS website, as well as acknowledge from the course directors during the course

Premier Exhibitor - $5,000

  • Presence in AUGS Virtual Exhibit Hall. You will receive a dedicated page for your company profile which can include:
    • Logo, corporate description and contact information
    • Resources section to upload brochures and videos
    • Chat with Us feature that allows attendees to send direct messages to schedule a time to connect
